Shipping Policy
We ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs are $5 flat rate for orders $74 and less. Orders of $75 or more ship for free. We all know the craziness of the world, so we are at the mercy of the USPS and shipping times, so please bear with me as we are working to get your items made and shipped as quickly as possible.

When your order is ready, you will get an email alerting you that your order has shipped or is ready for pick-up.

I do offer free pick up for locals to Chapel Hill, NC. Please select this at checkout. Also, for locals, at times I will offer free delivery for pre-order products that are ready on a certain date. Please read the product description to see if the item offers free local delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you've changed your mind about your purchase before it has been created I am happy to refund your money. If you are dissatisfied with a product please let me know. I am happy to make things right for you.

For items that are personalized, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final on personalized items. If something is damaged in transit or is not what you expected, please reach out and I will do my best to make it right for you.
